Global investment bank Houlihan Lokey has launched a new Sustainability Advisory Services practice, aimed at providing strategic guidance on ESG and sustainability matters. The practice will operate under the bank’s Financial and Valuation Advisory (FVA) business and will focus on ESG insights, valuation impacts, transaction structuring, and comprehensive monitoring across the global ESG spectrum.
Charlotte Peyraud and Rob Teigman will lead the new practice. Peyraud, the Co-Head of Sustainability Advisory Services, has experience at Credit Suisse and Crédit Agricole CIB, where she led the Sustainable Banking initiative for North and Latin America. Teigman, the Co-Head of FVA’s Energy and Infrastructure practice, has been with Houlihan Lokey for over 16 years.
The new practice reflects the bank’s recognition of the growing importance of sustainability in the business world and aims to assist boards, management teams, and investors in navigating the evolving sustainability landscape.
