In Touch Games Limited Faces License Suspension Amidst Gambling Act Violations

Money LaunderingIn Touch Games Limited Faces License Suspension Amidst Gambling Act Violations

The Gambling Commission has suspended the operating licenses of In Touch Games Limited in Great Britain. This action comes as part of a review conducted under section 116 of the Gambling Act 2005. The review and subsequent suspension stem from concerns that the operator may have conducted activities that contravene the Act, violated the terms of their license, and may not be suitable to continue their licensed operations. Suspected violations include failure to adhere to license conditions related to money laundering, fair and transparent practices, and reporting significant events.

The Commission has invoked section 118 (2) of the Act to suspend the aforementioned operating license. During this suspension period, the operator has been instructed to prioritize fair treatment of consumers and keep them informed of any developments that affect them.

It’s important to note that this suspension does not prohibit consumers from accessing their accounts and withdrawing funds. In Touch Games Limited, which operates various websites including bonusboss.co.uk, cashmo.co.uk, and others, can still be contacted through their websites.

Please note that on September 5, 2023, In Touch Games Limited (ITG) voluntarily surrendered its Gambling Commission operating license. Despite this surrender, the Commission retains the authority to continue investigations into ITG and evaluate whether any actions should be taken against individuals holding personal management licenses within the company at the relevant time. ITG is expected to conduct an orderly closure of its websites for GB consumers, providing clear instructions on how consumers can access and withdraw their funds. Customers with account-related queries should contact the operator through its websites.
