MRBDenver Cracks Down on Unlicensed Marijuana-Related Activities: Tetra Lounge Faces Legal Trouble

In Denver, eight businesses have recently been cautioned for hosting marijuana-related activities without the requisite license. Additionally, Tetra Lounge received a separate ticket in connection with this issue.

The city initiated investigations at various locations over the weekend due to complaints about illicit events.

Tetra Lounge has not provided an immediate response to requests for comment. In regard to this particular case, Escudero refrained from offering further details as it is being addressed by the Denver City Attorney’s Office as a criminal matter. The City Attorney’s Office spokesperson, Melissa Sisneros, also declined to comment on pending litigation.
