The Investment Association (IA) has begun accepting applications for its annual Engine Innovator Programme, an accelerator initiative launched in 2018. Engine serves as the IA’s specialized FinTech accelerator and innovation hub for the investment management sector. The program offers support to FinTech firms developing solutions for investment, operations, and distribution, with a focus on technologies like artificial intelligence and tokenization. It includes expert mentoring, connectivity through the Engine Advisory Panel, and guidance from IA policy experts. The program concludes with a showcase opportunity at the Global EmTech conference in March 2024. This initiative runs alongside the SPARKS program, which supports pre-seed and early-stage projects and will open for applications later in the month.
