The Seamless global event series is set to launch ‘Seamless Europe,’ its third international fintech and e-commerce event, in Berlin from October 18 to 19, 2023. Organized by global events company Terrapinn, this Berlin-based event is the last of 2023, with plans for at least five more events across the globe in 2024.
Europe has been a hub for fintech and digital commerce innovation in recent years. The region has witnessed technological advancements, evolving consumer expectations, and a regulatory environment that encourages competition, leading to the emergence of numerous digital-native entrants in the European market.
The exhibition will be free to attend, and visitors can explore various content areas on the show floor, including E-Commerce University, Start-Up Stories Stage, Fintech Seminar, Digital Marketing Seminar, and Home Delivery Seminar. The Start-up Zone at Seamless Europe will feature over 200 start-ups in the European payments and e-commerce sector, providing attendees with insights into the latest industry technology and networking opportunities with disruptors in the European market.
Ralph Burgess, project director at Terrapinn Middle East, explained the choice of Europe as the launch location, citing the European banking and retail sectors’ eagerness to enhance digital experiences, build partnerships with fintechs and e-commerce platforms, and integrate new technologies into their products and services.
Seamless also plans to hold events in Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Africa, and Saudi Arabia throughout 2024.
Seamless Europe aims to attract over 5,000 attendees, featuring 230 exhibitors and 350 speakers. The event will cover a wide range of topics, including open banking innovation, the future of digital banking, collaborative ecosystems for fintechs, Europe’s advancements in shopping, and the customer journey in 2030. Key industry leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs from around the world will gather to discuss market disruptors and technologies reshaping the fintech and commerce landscape.
