FinTechGoTyme Bank Partners with NICE Actimize to Enhance Financial Crime Prevention and Customer Service for Philippines' Cloud-Only Bank

NICE Actimize and GoTyme Bank, a collaboration between the Gokongwei Group and Tyme, have announced an important integration to enhance the support infrastructure for GoTyme’s recently launched cloud-only bank in the Philippines.

The primary goal of this integration is to strengthen GoTyme Bank’s financial crime fraud prevention capabilities while aligning with its mission of providing superior customer service and expanding access to financial services for Filipinos. GoTyme Bank aims to simplify account openings and offer customized debit cards through kiosks in Philippine shopping malls.

GoTyme Bank combines technology with a personalized touch, envisioning a future where most Filipinos can access financial services conveniently. The bank provides self-service options through its innovative “all in one” banking systems.

NICE Actimize brings a suite of cloud-based solutions to the table, including advanced anti-money laundering measures and comprehensive fraud management tools such as Suspicious Activity Monitoring, Customer Due Diligence (CDD-X), Sanctions Screening (WL-X), and an end-to-end enterprise fraud prevention mechanism called IFM-X.

This integration represents a collaboration between two industry leaders to create a safer and more efficient digital banking experience. GoTyme, known for its swift onboarding process, chose NICE Actimize for its reputation in rapid deployment and innovative digital financial crime management.
