Bulgarian authorities have arrested 12 individuals accused of illegally exporting dual-use goods to Russia, which could be used by the Russian military in the Ukraine conflict. The arrested suspects include citizens of Bulgaria, Russia, and Belarus.

The operation to apprehend these suspects was carried out by multiple agencies following information provided to the State Agency for National Security regarding the illicit transfer of items with potential dual military and civilian applications.
