Jessica Stern, Special Envoy to Advance the Human Rights of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Intersex (LGBTQI+) Persons, will travel to New York City, New York, from December 11-12 to recognize the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. While in New York, Special Envoy Stern will meet with counterparts from UN Member States, UN agency representatives, and members of civil society.
