Former president of Kandala Service Cooperative Bank, N Bhasurangan, and his son Akhiljith have been taken into custody by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday. The arrest follows over 10 hours of questioning in connection with the alleged financial fraud associated with the bank. Sources indicate that the ED is expected to officially record their arrest and present them before the PMLA special court on Wednesday.
