１．Summary
The Financial Services Agency (FSA) has conducted an examination of the state of regulatory systems related to cryptoassets, based on the current actual state of cryptoasset transactions, as outlined in FSA Strategic Priorities for July 2024-June 2025.
We issued the discussion paper attached below as the result of the examination on April 10, 2025 and publishes English version of the discussion paper today.
